Return Process

  Log into your Veexia account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Veexia

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
